Hiring terms and conditions.

When hiring Bow-Belles you are reserving the day, as well as the stock materials, such as chair covers, sashes, table decorations, etc, so if your requirements change, for instance numbers increase or decrease then the changes will only be reflected in the hiring price of the stock materials, hire charges increasing obviously if numbers increase and decreasing if numbers decrease.

Requirements: If your requirements change, you need to add table decorations, alter colour schemes, remove items, as long as reasonable notice is given (reasonable notice is taken as four weeks before the event date) then changes can be accommodated.

Deposits: Must be paid to secure your event date; currently a deposit of £50 is required.

Cancelling: Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable

Balance: The balance of the account must be settled Six weeks before the event takes place, once this date has taken place any cancellation will result in a refund of only 50% of the total account.

Responsibility: Please remember that you are responsible for damages and losses of goods hired to you. A refundable deposit may be required.
